Our brief was to design a digital strategy to bring the brand into the future. Facilitating store communication and staff management was the most important goals to achieve.
We designed a solution that uses IoT sensors to automate the check-in of customers and also the alert to the favourite member of staff that will serve them. We imagined that in the modern world locality has to be global thus you need to travel with all your habits with you. Thus the mobile app was connected to allow for this personal service: each treatment, favourite shampoo, preferred staff member are recorded and used, as over time you engage with Coppola stores around the world.
