Life and Medical Insurance are still assessed using statistical methods based on past data and prediction of probabilities. Modern technologies, like wearables, smart scales and food tracking apps have given us the possibility to add to those traditional methods with real-time data generated by people daily. So we were challenged to design an initial digital solution that would leverage last-generation innovations.
We designed a platform based on a simple scoring system to personalise insurance cover. We studied each player involved, insurance providers, insurance brokers, corporations and employees and created value for each. The result is an innovative solution that can modernise service delivery on one side and personalise the offer on the other: the future of insurance.
