Our brief was to propose technology integration solutions in existing products, focussed on creating a stronger community behind the brand.
We designed a digital solution around the location of the Eastpak travelling bags. Users are able to track their luggage but also access a dashboard that summarises their travelling activities on an interactive map. The same map can show how many bags are travelling, where they are and how many kilometres they cover during their lifetime. The digital service is also a complete travel companion that gives you tips for your destination and helps you pack exactly what you need depending on weather and activities.
